We stand by the products we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If a DU STYLE PRODUCT purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 14 days of the date of your sales receipt for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Make sure all tags still attached to the wigs and must not smell of smoke or perfume.

Select items cannot be returned. When applicable, this will be specified at the time of sale, such as food, vitamins, bedding, music, books and DVD’s.

How do I return an item?

At DU STYLE, returns are easy!

It's so easy, here's all you need to know:

1. Apply the label that came on your packing slip to the outside of the package, covering the original label.

2. Determine the designated return method from the top portion of your Easy Returns label. [view sample]

3. Get your package to a Post Office or FEDEX location (based on designated return method). [read details]

That's it!

Based on the designated return method you have many options.

  • Leave the package in your mailbox
  • Hand it to your mail carrier
  • Drop it off at your local post office
  • Schedule a free pick-up
  • Drop it off at a local FEDEX Store®
  • Leave it in a FEDEX drop box
  • Call FEDEX for pickup
  • Hand it to any FEDEX driver

Return Details

Option 1: Easy Returns with FEDEX or USPS

1. Affix the 'Easy Returns' label directly over the original shipping label. Some products shipped directly from our suppliers do not come with and Easy Return label. Please see Option 2: Standard Returns in this situation.

2. Determine the designated return carrier from the packing slip.

US Post Office: Drop off your package at any US Post Office (including your own mailbox!) To schedule a free postal carrier pick-up, visithttps://tools.usps.com/go/ScheduleAPickupAction!input.action.

Drop off your package at any FEDEX STORE®, FEDEX drop box or hand it to any FEDEX driver. For the closest FEDEX drop-off location, visit FEDEX.com or call 1-800-FEDEX

*Packages over 70lbs. can only be returned with FEDEX.

3. Pay nothing up front. The Easy Returns processing service charge (includes insurance) will be deducted from your credit or refund, or in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card:

$6.95.

Option 2: Standard Returns

1. Affix the 'Return On Your Own' label directly over the original shipping label. Click here if you no longer have the packing slip.

2. Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Please insure your package in case of loss or damage.

3. Please note: When returning via the standard return label, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange.


NOTE: Return shipping costs for items shipped directly from the manufacturer may vary.

For Either Method of Return, Follow the Instructions Below

1. FILL OUT THE MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PRINTED LABEL

o Separate the merchandise return form from your printed label.

o Complete the form to indicate what you are returning and the reason for the return.

o Include this form inside the package.

o If your method of payment was credit card, the refund will be submitted to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.

2. KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR PURCHASE

o Tear the packing slip along the dotted line and keep the top portion.

o If you are using the Easy Return label, please write the Easy Return tracking # down and keep it with the top portion for your reference.

3. PACK THE ITEM FOR RETURN

o Pack the item in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces for a full refund.

o Include the bottom portion (merchandise return form) of the packing slip.

4. RETURNING A GIFT

o In order for us to process your gift return or exchange, contact Customer Service at 1-615.732.6267.

o A customer service representative will be happy to assist you in receiving DU STYLE PRODUCTS Spendable CREDITZ (Merchandise Credit) for your returned item.

o If you would like the Gift Purchaser to receive the credit, simply follow steps 1 and 2 above.

Can I ship back/return more than one item together?

In order for us to process your return expeditiously and ensure a swift refund, we recommend that you do not return items from different orders together. However, any items that were shipped together can be returned together in the same box.

When should I expect to receive credit for my return?

We typically process returns within 5 business days after we receive the item. Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit your refund to your original method of payment or, if you chose, to Spendable CREDITZ

  • Credit/Debit Card - Refund is issued immediately, however, please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to show on your online statement or two billing cycles for it to be displayed on printed statements.
  • Spendable CREDITZ(merchandise credit) - Credit is issued to your DU account immediately and available for use within one year from date of issue.

You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.
